iPhone 11 Pro, 12 Pro and 12 Mini all support dual sims by default, with 1 Physical sim and 1 eSim.

If you require 2 physical SIM cards, then you need the models sold in China, Hong Kong and Macau.

There is no such thing as an international spec iPhone.

Al iPhones are for specific regions. The ones being called international are usually U.S. phones. And sometimes may be locked to a U.S carrier for activation which will prevent you from using it elsewhere.

In general, if you want to use things like Facetime, the so called international versions will let you do this, while the Middle East versions will likely have it disabled outside of allowed countries or carriers.
