Account disabled

In apple music it says that my account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes. Why’s that?

There's a problem with your payment information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.

Thank you very much. I hope they will help. I think I didn’t charge for the purchase but why didn’t get any notification about it I don’t know. They just disabled account…
