Keep having a message that I am traveling with AirPods that does not belong to me with my own AirPods.

I keep having this message from FindMy app that I am traveling with unknown AirPods with me. I think it is because I have two phones with a different Apple ID. My AirPods Pro used to work well with both phones but I keep having trouble connecting it to my phones and keep having this message. Should I use same apple id to both phones? I do not want to merge messages and other things between this work phone and personal phone. That's the reason I was using two different Apple ID.

Hello,

I think you could probably resolve this by resetting your AirPods then pairing them back to your personal iPhone.

Connect your AirPods and AirPods Pro to your iPhone - Apple Support

That should fix the location issue. Since you use a different Apple ID you cannot use Automatic Switching but could use Bluetooth to connect the AirPods to the work iPhone.

I hope this helps.
