New iPhone

I have a new iPhone 13. Theoretically I have transferred to it from my old one, but I am still receiving texts and calls on the old phone and not on the new one. What do I do?

you transferred your content/data.. that is not the same as transferring your cell service

Transfer or convert your current SIM to an eSIM on your new iPhone - Apple Support
