Hi, Sold an IPhone 11 factory wiped and unlocked by Verizon, Apple says it’s not on my ICloud account, buyer insists it is and can’t set it up, buyer is also in another country.
Any thoughts?

Thanks for the reply, I have contacted Apple TS and they gave me the same info, the buyer is unwilling to follow these steps and is returning the phone.
