How do you turn off pop up blockers for a specific site in an iPhone mini?

I don't think you can disable pop ups for a specific site in Safari iOS. You can, however, enable pop ups for all sites for a time being, use the website, then toggle the block pop-ups button again (very tedious process). You can find the Block Pop-ups toggle in Settings > Safari > Block Pop-ups.


You can disable pop-ups for specific sites on a Mac though.
