How do I download the red Apple Watch faces from their website?

It sounds like you're not able to download those exciting (PRODUCT)RED faces for your Apple Watch. This is a really great way to showcase those watch faces and help support (PRODUCT)RED so we definitely want to help. One thing we'll note is that this feature requires iOS 14.5 or later and watchOS 7.4 or later. The website also must be opened up on your iPhone in order to add those watch faces to the Watch app on your iPhone. From there, you'll be able to add them to the My Faces section of your Watch app.

Are you trying to do this with Safari on your iPhone? You need to be using the iPhone that is paired to the Watch. Go to www.apple.com/product-red/ and scroll down to the Watch faces. Under each Watch face that is compatible with your Watch, you will see a Add Apple Watch Face button under the Face. Tap on it, and it will prompt you about downloading the face. The next screen should provide another button to add to your Face Gallery. It seems you are using another browser to access this, and that will not work.

So you are saying that you have a Series 7 Watch and cannot download something? I only have a Series 6 and I know that I could not download all of them either, although I didn't want them all, I just was testing some. It may have to do with screen sizes, I'm not sure.
