iPhone 8 no connection to mobile data.

I have an iphone 8 that does not connect to the phone data. I took it to the store and they said that is a hardsware problem. The price of the repare is £288 the phone is from 2020 and does not have guaranty. My question is that I didn’t damage the phone and it looks like is a problem with the manufacturing. Can I complain anywhere?
