$11.13 isn't an iCloud subscription amount. You can check your purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6 - if it's not something you purchased select 'Request a refund' from the menu in the page. Note that the refund, if granted, can take up to 30 days to be paid into the payment method used for the purchase - please see https://support.apple.com/HT210904

How am I supposed to prove that y’all are trying to charge me AGAIN when you are removing all my proof? I’ve honestly had enough. Look at my account yourself. I paid for iCloud on 11/28. You again tried to charge me on 12/4. Explain that
Please be aware that this is a user to user forum: you are not talking to Apple here and we don't have access to your account.
The link I gave you will enable you to access support and ask for a refund if necessary.
One more time: Please be aware that this is a user to user forum: you are not talking to Apple here and we don't have access to your account.
You are not talking here to the people who can deal with your problem, so there's no point in keeping on posting about it. I have given you a process to get help.
Give me a phone number so I can talk to someone else. This service is ridiculous when y’all are smart enough to figure this out.
Stop trying to bill me. This is the second time today. You obviously need to fix something on your end
