Can’t find app

I can’t find my TV providers app called RiksTV in the AppStore. How do I get access to it?

it may not be available in all countries in the world thought

The region of your Apple ID account sets your ‘home country’ and thereby the region of the App Store.

Strange thing is when I try from my iPad (which is set to US region) it says “wrong region, app not available”, but on my AppleTV which is set to region Norway which is where the app is for, the app just doesn’t show…
