I purchased more storage space and it’s not showing up

You have purchased online storage at icloud.com. This storage is not on your phone. The storage on any iOS device cannot be increased.

You can check the level of your iCloud storage at https://www.icloud.com - click 'Account details'.

If your phone is short of storage your only options are to remove some data, or to buy a new phone with more storage.
