Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
My wife and I have not been able to backup our iPhones sense August. Even if you try manually it starts the process, but the remaining time gets longer and longer. When it finally reaches 3 or 5 hours left it freezes and closes out of the backup process. Anyone else having an issue, or know how to fix?

Two things to check. Are you using a stable wi-fi network? The auto iCloud backup requires stable wi-fi, power, and the screen locked, but if you are doing a manual backup, you do not need the screen locked. Secondly, do you have ample space in iCloud for the backups? See other troubleshooting steps in this support document. If you can't back up to iCloud - Apple Support
