Hi, Bought granddaughter new i phone for xmas. Trying to do back on i phone 6s plus. Says cannot backup not enough storage. We have deleted 200 photos and videos, still cannot back it up. Can someone advise please. I have enclosed screen shot of the phone. Many thanks

Your problem is the 5GB of iCloud storage. You have 2 options: Pay 99¢ to increase the iCloud storage to 50 GB. You can do this just to transfer, or you can continue paying 99¢ a month to take advantage of that iCloud storage for other uses in the future.

Yet another way is to use Quick Start, which transfers content without using a backup→Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Hello ~ Not sure …you may want to offload some apps. If the pictures aren’t important then you could delete them. What is taking up the most space?

Hi I have looked at the info you sent, her phone tells me this and i am still stuck. Device storage 53 of 64 gb used, i cloud storage 5gb of 5gb used. She has 205 songs on, 977 pics and 25 apps. If i delete all the pics will it change to allow back up. Thank you

Photos seem to be taking up a lot I think I will delete all of them plus there are 205 videos on. I can always restore them from recently deleted.
