Apple Pay Not Scanning

After the last update, I am no longer able to use My Apple Pay on my iPhone 6s+ to make purchases.

I have deleted all cards, re-added & approved them .. Apple Pay comes up & requests my finger print to allow purchase, indicates it is ready but does not complete the transaction. I have tried at vrs. retail establishments all of which had worked in the past but now do not. Is this a result of the last update and is Apple making these adjustments in order to attempt to have me update my iPhone to a newer version?

Since we are all users here we cannot troubleshoot NFC issues. What you can do though is go to this link Contact Support and they can perform a hardware diagnostics while you chat with them or you can make an appointment at your nearest Apple Store Genius Bar for an evaluation.
