Movies not showing in Apple TV app

I have purchased a Macbook Air and upgraded it to macOS Monterey. I have over 3600 purchased movies in my Apple TV Library. I opened up the Apple TV app and went to the Library tab and there is a message telling me to Browse thousands of movies and TV Shows. Your purchases and rentals will appear here. There is my problem, they are not appearing there. I have bought a few more movies thinking it will just push through and update. It has been a few months and nothing. I have logged in and logged out, reauth, everything that I have seen on Google to do. Help me Apple support team, you're my only hope.
