Accidentally dropped my Iphone 7 and I can't unlock my phone using the home button it's like it's frozen. How can I unstick my home button to get it back working again?
After posting the question I went ahead and scheduled an appointment at the Genius Bar and they were able to put a virtual home key on the phone which acts just like the actual home key. I’m happy that my issue has been solved thank you so much!
As long as you still keep your appointment. The virtual home button will work, until you do anything which will still require a functioning home button. It's not a permanent solution. It's an interim, until you get your phone fixed solution.
The fall damaged something. You'll need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
