loading remote content automatically

My apple email with content shows a message "load content directly". I want the remote content to automatically load the remote content. How do I get this to happen?

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

Thanks, but in Monterey, there is no “load remote content in messages” under the Viewing preference.

Oh, that's interesting! I admit I've not yet upgraded from Big Sur, which definitely has the option. I will join you in awaiting a reply from someone who knows.

From the menus, at the very top of the screen, choose Mail > Preferences.
Select the Viewing tab.
Tick "Load remote content in messages".
