Attempting to create a child account and system is will not allow me to input the correct child birthday... continually defaults to set date - please advise how I can set the correct child birthdate.
*I'd rather not set an incorrect date just to gain access especially on a child account.

Change the date of birth for a child
To change a date of birth to any age below 13,* you must be a member of a Family Sharing group, and your family organiser must approve the change. After you've changed the date of birth to any age below 13, you can't edit it.* Find out more about Family Sharing.

If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
