My iMac won't boot at all

I made a mistake and deleted everything with the command. my computer won't boot at all, it stays on the apple logo and doesn't show startup options, I can't access the disk in any way. how do i fix it :( how can i format it?

yes I tried the sudo rm rf trash code. because some items in my trash could not be deleted. but now my computer is broken :( i tried everything in the link above. disk recovery screen does not appear. i try key combinations from my keyboard but bluetooth and usb are not connecting. :( i don't know what to do so sorry :( The image below gets stuck and does not progress.
