Hello Dvalenta,

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We understand that widgets don't display all expected information, and we're here for you.

First, try restarting your device. This step might sound simple, but it can resolve some unique issues. If you're using an iPad, this support article explains how to restart:

Restart your iPad

Next, make sure your apps are fully updated. To manually update apps, open the App Store, tap on your profile icon at the top of the screen, then scroll down to see any pending updates. Here's a visual guide:

We also recommend removing the widget, then adding it back. This step can refresh the widget on your Home Screen, and it might also help.

Use widgets on your iPad

From there, let's be sure the device is fully updated to iPadOS 15.1 since fixes are included with each update. If an update is available, we suggest having a recent backup to iCloud or to a computer.

Dvalenta,

Thanks for getting back in touch with us after reviewing the steps we shared above.

If this only happens with one third-party widget, we suggest removing the app, then adding it back. Once the app is redownloaded, try adding the widget again. Also, try using a different style of widget than you've used in the past to see if the issue persists.

Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Redownload apps and games from Apple

If this concern continues after taking the steps above, our resolution is to contact Apple Support directly. Depending on your region, you may be able to reach them here:
