How to request physical card if I don't have an iphone?

How do I request a physical Apple Card if I do not own an iPhone, or Apple device, but have been approved for the card? Also, if I don't have the physical card, can I still make purchases on the apple website without it in the Wallet app, or having it physically in front of me, but still attached to my account?
