Liquid damage indicator

I need to add my liquid damage indicator to my phone. A phone repair company took it out when fixing my screen. Please let me know when and where I can get this added to my phone.

Take it back to them, not Apple. Apple won't touch a phone which has been tampered with by an unauthorized service who put non-authentic parts in the phone. If they can't fix it, it can't be fixed.
