Hi guys,
I really have a problem with my iPhone XR right after I updated it to iOS15 every time when I switch between apps, the app in the background will be auto-refresh when I return to it. This is really frustrated because I cannot connect my metamask wallet with opensea NFT marketplace.
Can anyone help me with this problem? thank you in advance.

Have you tried turning the Background Refresh OFF for that particular app?
Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Background App Refresh: Here, locate the app that you do want to refresh in the background and set it to OFF.

OK. Then it appears to be an app specific behavior. You may want to provide feedback to the developer of the app.

It happened to every apps I switched on my iPhone XR so I don't thing it's because of all those apps. Weirdly, it happened right after I updated my phone OS to version 15.
