I have brought a new phone yesterday, so my old phone I have tried to restart the phone up to take all of my information off of the phone. For some reason it has stopped. The phone is still alive as it’s still receiving messages as it’s buzzing. Does anyone know how to sort this out? :)

Try a Hard Reset:
i have tried this a million of times it’s not working. I have the apple code on the screen at the moment. Please see attached of my screen at the moment. Thank you :)
