My Iphone was stolen I toke new one I remember my Apple ID and Password but I forgot security questions, I tried to reset my security questions using support.apple.com but still after filling my apple ID and password it shows the same message

My iPhone was stolen I toke new one I remember my Apple ID and Password but I forgot security questions, I tried to reset my security questions using support.apple.com but still after filling my apple ID and password it shows the same message (we do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions).

"If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions" click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT201485


If you see the message "not sufficient information" see if at this stage you can still sign up for Two Factor Authentication. Apple has been very strongly urging users to use Two Factor Authentication instead of security questions. "With two-factor authentication, you don't need to remember any security questions.

Hello ,


I havev been trying for hours with no luck , all the solutions lead me to same result , i tried to to do the 2 factor authentication , i tried the link to reset the question but all im getting is this error "Cannot reset security questions

We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions" .
