How do I get a refund from my Apple ID I want it to go on my Apple Cash I need to know how or either to get a refund or transfer it over to that Apple Cash

You can’t transfer your Apple Account balance to another payment method. From the article below.

You can't redeem or return Apple Gift Cards, App Store & iTunes Gift Cards, or unused Apple ID balance for cash, except as required by law.
