Update for desktop 10.9.5

How can I update my desktop 10.9.5? I am not sure if I am operating on El Capitan or Sierra. Is there one more upgrade on 10.9.5? I do not see any available at all in 'software update'

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and depending on which Mac model you have, click on El Capitan, High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey.

10.9.5 is Mavericks; a computer running it won't be an iMac Pro.
