My 7 plus , absolutely is not responding to any thing , in my area there is no apple service provider center , southmost Saudi Arabia Jizan , what’s the possible way to get it working again.

if it was me then first I would try
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
if that did not help then I would try
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
if that did not help then I would assume it would require repair by apple
