I accidentally erased my apple tv remote app. Is there a way to recover it?

That link is not to the Apple TV remote, it is the iTunes remote. The TV remote is built in to iOS 15 and can’t be deleted. It is not a separate app; it is an icon in the Control Center. If it isn’t there you can add it by going to Settings/Control Center and hitting the “+” next to it.

Do you mean iTunes Remote that can control an Apple TV home device?

It wasn't installed by default on my iPhone, but I can see it by going to App Store > Search where I search for "iTunes Remote". I've accidentally deleted (it can be somewhat easy) built-in apps just by contact in my pocket. But usually I can restore those in the App Store.
