Payment Issues for iCloud

Dear Apple Support,


I do not know why my payments are not going through. My bank was hacked and all accounts and cards have been frozen till the change over is complete. However, they assured me that all normally transacted payments would go through as normal.


At this time I have to wait for the new week day before I can inquire to the problem at my bank. Please let me know if I can make it payable on my new account number(s) or must it be a credit/debit card only?
