wrong email entered at start up

I just bought an I-phone SE. This my first Apple product I have always used android so I'm a newbie. When I started my phone set up at the AT&T store I misspelled my email address and didn't notice at first. Now I cannot use 1-cloud or receive/send email from my phone. How can I correct my email address on my i-phone?
