Photoshop elements 2022 minimum requirements

Adobe provides confusing requirements for Photoshop Elements 2022.

For M1 Macs use of Rosetta permits Elements 2022 to run.

For Intel Macs, Adobe states that MacOS 10.15 or 11 are required.

I thought that this was a minimum requirement, but in fact MacOS12 (Monterey) is unable to run Elements 2022.

Most other current photo editing programs will run Elements 2022, but this is annoying for a long term Adobe user like myself.
