I'm trying to switch my payment for my icloud storage plan to be deducted from my Apple account balance I have, All I see is my card is set to be default payment option and I can't seem to update my Apple account balance to be default.

If you have Apple Cash as your payment method, or you put cash on your account, when either reaches zero your iTunes & App Store account will be disabled unless you have an alternate way to pay on your account, such as a credit card.
Thank you, I don't see an option to switch the payment method to Apple account. I'm assuming all the charges will be taken from the apple account until it reaches ZERO... ?
