I need help with start up

1. Physically connect the keyboard to the iMac. Do not use wireless.
2. Shut down the Mac.
3. Turn on the Mac, and immediately press and hold Option + Command + R until you see a spinning globe.

Startup into Internet Recovery Mode (Option-Command-R). Then, go to Disk Utility, and select "View" > "Show All Devices". Select each device (or entry shown), and take a screenshot of it and upload them all here. 

EDIT: Shut down the Mac, turn it on, then immediately press and hold Option-Command-R.
