Is the iPhone Xs Max Qi-enabled for Wireless Charging?

I live on Guam where we sometimes get power outages which can last for days, and in the case of Super Typhoons, even for weeks, although rare.

That being the case, I am interested in getting a solar-powered charger for my iPhone. But I have an important question:

Is the iPhone Xs Max qi-enabled for wireless charging?

Also, in users’ experience here, which are the best solar-powered chargers for my Xs Max?

I have been considering this one on Amazon made by Feeke:

Solar Power Bank 32800mAh, Solar Charger, Qi Wireless Charger, Outputs 5V/3A High-Speed & 2 Inputs Huge Capacity Phone Charger for Smartphones, IP66 Rating, Strong Light LED Flashlights (Black)

Or else this one made by Blavor, also on Anazon:

BLAVOR Solar Charger Power Bank 18W, QC 3.0 Portable Wireless Charger 10W/7.5W/5W with 4 Outputs & Dual Inputs, 20000mAh External Battery Pack IPX5 Waterproof with Flashlight & Compass (Black)

TIA to anyone who replies.

iPhone XS Max, iOS 15

Thanks Chris and Lawrence for your quick responses. Much appreciated.

Also, can either of you make any specific solar charger recommendations … assuming that is permissible here.

Lawerence, I realize that a direct, wired connection would be faster and more reliable; but we are talking about a situation where there would not be power for days or weeks, so the wired connection becomes a moot point, right?
