How can I cancel my apple care

Sorry to hear you want to cancel your AppleCare+.

It depends on what type of AppleCare+ agreement you have for the device.

For Upfront:

• Contact Apple Support in order to submit a prorated refund request and cancellation of the agreement. Be sure to have your serial number.

For Monthly:

• if you have AppleCare+ monthly billed to your Apple ID, you can cancel the agreement in your Subscription Settings on your device. Settings > Name > Subscriptions > AppleCare+ > Cancel Subscription.
• If you have AppleCare+ monthly purchased from Best Buy, you would need to contact Best Buy to submit the cancellation request for you. 1-888-237-8289 > say ‘Billing’ > say ‘it’s none of those’ in order to get your call directed to a geek squad advisor.
