My Ipad stop playing my vides, but only plays the audio only! Can anyone help me to fix this problem?

Hello Problems-w-Ipad-Playing-Videos,
We'd love to assist you with playing your videos. First, were the videos created on the iPad or were they synced to the iPad? Are the videos currently saved in the Photos app? When clicking on them, does it show they are downloading before it actually plays it? Lastly, does restarting the iPad using the steps here: Restart your iPad resolve the issue?
