Why when I try to connect to FarmVille 2 country escape it comes in French how do I fix it

Do any other apps on your iPad appear in a different language? If so, be sure your language and region are set correctly in Settings > General > Language & Region. Check out the user guide below to learn more:

On the other hand, if this only happens in that one app, make sure that your device and the app are both fully updated since fixes are included with each update. If an update is available, we suggest having a current backup to iCloud or to a computer.
