Refund accepted but not received

Recently, I accidentally purchased a VPN subscription from the app . Money was deducted from my visa card. I panicked and ended the subscription from the appstore settings then requested for a refund from the apple idmsa.

Two days later got this mail that my refund is accepted but the funds have not been disbursed yet.

Is my refund accepted or it’s been a mistake on my part for cancellation of subscription from the appstore.
