English in the Belarusian App Store

Hello! I encountered a problem while setting up Apple ID. I

set the country of Belarus in the settings, where I am, and as a result, the

App Store became in English. After searching the Internet for solutions, I

realized that it was necessary to change the country to Russia. But I do not

want to do this, because I am from Belarus. I still changed the country, but in

the end, when I try to download any offer, the App Store writes to me that this

Apple ID is for a Belarusian store. Tell me what to do? How to save Russian in

the App Store and not change the country to someone else's?
