How can I purchase/download an app that is unavailable in my region? Particularly the Robot Home App for the Roomba Combo which was bought in Dublin. I am based in Manila. The robot is working fine but it would be best to pair it with the iRobot Home App. Thank you.

If it is not available in your region then it is not available where you live. Contact the developer and ask them to make it available.
