What happened to the "sort show" field?

I recently updated IOS from High Serra to Catalina. The update migrated from iTunes to Music, but the sort show field is gone. The smart playlists still populate but I can't access this field?

The Show and Sort Show fields were really only intended for use with TV shows. The fact that they were exposed in iTunes for all items means you had access to them, but that access hasn't transferred over into Music. You can probably manipulate the values via AppleScript, but you cannot expose them in Music, nor adjust playlist rules that refer to them. You might want to look up Retroactive iTunes.
