Phone Ear volume is nearly in audible with the volume slider all the way up on my iphone 11.

On my Iphone 11, how can i fix the in call ear volume being almost inaudible with the volume all the way up however speaker phone and Bluetooth works perfectly at all volumes?

I figured it out. It was not a volume issue. Instead the ear speaker grill had gotten caked up solid with debris. Apparently the grill holes are very tiny and hard to see without a magnifying glass. I took new/clean tooth brush and with a circular motion, cleaned out the ear speaker grill as best i could. The in call ear volume now works as expected. Hope this helps someone else with similar issues.
