IPhone app download

My iPhone 6 is up to date with a current iOS version of 12.5. When I try to download apps from the app store it tells me I need 14.0 and will not allow download. Help!

If you are experiencing any difficulty with third-party apps then please contact the app developer directly --> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Ask the App developer to release the app for lower iOS versions also. Netflix has done it.
