why does my mac doesn't support bootcamp assistant?

Which exact MacBook Pro model do you have? If it is a M1 model, it does not support BootCamp.

Not quite. Parallels will let you run the ARM version of Windows on M1 Macs, which is currently in Insider Preview phase only and not for public usage. I would not suggest anyone not versed in Virtualization and beta software attempt to run such things.
