Not quite. Parallels will let you run the ARM version of Windows on M1 Macs, which is currently in Insider Preview phase only and not for public usage. I would not suggest anyone not versed in Virtualization and beta software attempt to run such things.

Further, if what is published on the net is accurate , Windows does not intended to make available an ARMs windows 11 for general usage/ or purchase.

Which exact MacBook Pro model do you have? If it is a M1 model, it does not support BootCamp.
