You are not giving us any specifics so it is VERY difficult to answer what you want. You may want to visit your local Apple Store and request a meeting with their business specialist so they can help point you to some apps and other producs that will help you out.

I second my colleague's advice. These are consumer-product forums consisting mainly of end users, not Apple, and there are no categories for Apple's special initiatives like Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager.

There should be a link for businesses at the bottom of Apple's home page. However, also consider a local consultant.
