Cancel 10% happier app purchased via Apple

How is this done?

The app does not appear as “purchased” on my Apple subscription

My credit card shows a $99 charge for app

The app has been renewed; automatically

I cannot cancel app as Apple does not have it listed… even though they received payment one month ago.

Suggestions?

iPhone 11, iOS 14
