Unlocking my new iPhone13
i bought a new iPhone 13 pro which was supposed to be UNLOCKED... the provider with whom I am trying to activate my phone is telling me my phone is locked. How do I get my brand new iPhone unlocked??

Unless you purchased the phone directly from Apple, you didn't buy an unlocked phone. Either return the phone if you are still within the return window and buy the phone from Apple directly. Otherwise your phone is locked to a carrier and you'll need to work with that carrier to find what if anything they may be willing to do to unlock it. It usually will involve a fee.
