MacBook Air

Opened my Mac this morning to a screen of vivid colors and faint vertical lines. Shortly thereafter it turned gray. I have no curser visible. Anyone have this issue in the past and can possibly help with a resolution?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

First, take a look at If your Mac display doesn’t look right - Apple Support.

Then, reset the NVRAM and SMC:

Also, try to startup in Safe Mode: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support.

You can also try to reinstall macOS: How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support.

If none of these solutions work, contact Apple for service: Get Support.

Cheers,

Jack
